Seeking help is a powerful first step toward building a life you love. I believe that each person
has the ability to create a life of meaning – and that change, while often difficult, becomes more
manageable with the right support. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming, and compassionate
space where you can explore your feelings and begin that journey.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and neurodivergent community, I deeply
understand the importance of receiving affirming care. I’m committed to offering inclusive, high-
quality therapy that honors each client’s unique identity and experience.
I specialize in working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, issues in
relation to ethical non-monogamy/polyamory, LGBTQIA+ identity, relationship difficulties, life
transitions, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, establishing boundaries, and assertiveness training.
My clinical approach includes aspects of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational
Interviewing, mindfulness, attachment theory, psychodynamic principles and Solution-Focused
Therapy.
My style is collaborative, goal-oriented, and grounded in empowerment. I work alongside you to
build practical skills, foster self-awareness, and help you feel more confident in handling
whatever life throws your way through the use of psychoeducation. Additionally, I love to offer
regular check-ins throughout our process to ensure that you are getting the most out of your
sessions and that we are staying on track to achieve your specific goals.
Above all, I strive to support clients with empathy, self-compassion, and a touch of humor –
believing that connection and authenticity are essential parts of the healing process.
Please don’t hesitate to schedule a 10-minute phone consultation to see if I’m the right fit for
you!
