We can provide receipts & superbills for our clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement
DYWC would like for our clients using insurance to understand a medical necessity is required to bill insurance plans for therapy services. The primary client will receive a medical necessity diagnosis according to the best clinical practices of the provider and/or supervisor rendering care. If you have questions or concerns about medical necessity guidelines, please don’t hesitate to discuss this topic with your provider or call our main office.
For Clients Paying Fee-for-Services
Therapy Rates
Psychotherapy Intake: $175
Psychotherapy Session: $125-$155
Family or Couples Session: $125-$155
All therapy rates are based on 50 minutes per a session
Group Therapy Rates
Subject to the discretion of the provider based on time, length and duration of group
Average cost: $25-$40 per a group
Licensure Supervision and Alternative Wellness Fees
Individual Supervision: $125 per an hour
Group Supervision: $35 per an hour
Medical Marijuana Evaluation: $150
Medical Marijuana Follow-Up: $100
Ketamine Infusion: $425
Additional Charges
Administrative Paperwork: $25 per a 15 minutes
Concierge Services: $35 per a 15 minutes
After-Hours Surcharge: $15
Court appearance or legal involvement: $2500 deposit to cover 20 hours of support; $125 per an hour for additional time
Attorney fees for DYWC attorney, Natasha Wesker: $400 per an hour
After-Hours is for clients using their insurance and who are seen Monday-Friday at 5 pm or later, the weekends, or holidays
