I enjoy working with people one on one as well as helping couples through relationship challenges. I work with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, infertility counseling and sexual dysfunction post childbirth.

In addition, I enjoy helping couples through all stages of their relationships, beginning with premarital coaching through navigating the relationships ups and downs, including ending the relationship.

I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor with 5 years of experience in private practice and a number of years of experience in community mental health. I am also trained in sex therapy. I look forward to working with you. I am a telehealth provider and only offer virtual appts at Discover Yourself Wellness Center.
